ABOUT US Welcome to Looks by Loris & Nerissa, a small-town salon built on experience, friendship, and a genuine love for making people feel their best. 🤍 Loris, our owner, has been behind the chair for 35+ years and has owned and operated the salon for most of that time. Her experience, knowledge, and passion are the foundation of our salon. Nerissa, co-owner, joined the salon fresh out of cosmetology school in 2017. She specializes in blonding, dimensional color, and customized color services, while also offering private nail services and detailed nail art. Hannah, our bestie and the glue that holds us together, started fresh out of cosmetology school in 2016. She loves doing a little bit of everything, from men’s and children’s cuts to color, blonding, perms, updos, and more. While we share a salon, we are each independent businesses with our own schedules, bookings, availability, and phone numbers. Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that life happens — we’re always as flexible as we can be when emergencies come up. That said, to protect our time and other guests waiting for appointments, we’ve updated our cancellation policy:
• 48 hours or more notice: No charge
• 24–48 hours notice: 25% of scheduled service
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service
• Day-of cancellations: 75% of scheduled service
• No-shows: 100% of scheduled service
💳 New clients may be required to leave a deposit to secure their appointment, which goes toward your service total.
📲 Reminder texts are sent 72 hours before your appointment and again at 24 hours to help you stay on track.
